Tony was great. We got our boy his first bike and we went multiple times to get him accustomed to it. Tony was patient with him and kept helping!

I bought a couple of bikes at Bikes and More. We got great service. We've stopped in a few times since the purchase to pick up odds and ends and were well taken care of.
Tony helped us find the right bike for our new little BMX rider, he took care of us with extremely good customer service and friendly advise. It's great to know we have such a good bike shop in our small town. I highly recommend them for any bicycle needs and will most definitely be returning for accessories and repairs. My wife and I have been customers here for over 18 years. My wife recently ordered a new bike, changed her mind the next day, and then changed her mind again the following day – aargh! Tony and Rick remained unbelievably kind and helpful through the whole ordeal. (Nat absolutely loves her new bike – a Trek Shift 4 – the perfect bike if you like to ride in an upright position.)
