Tim, Dave, Bennie, and Dustin all provide outstanding and exceptional service. If they're servicing my bikes, I can always expect the work will be done professionally by their well-trained staff. If I'm looking to buy a bike, being cyclists themselves, they are each able to help me make a proper selection according to my specific riding needs. I had a warranty issue with my Specialized bike. We do not have a Specialized dealer in Owensboro, so I was referred to Tim at Bikes and Moore. Tim's team was quick to address the issue and treated me as if I was a longtime customer. I'm thankful for their honesty and hard work. Thanks for the help, guys!
