Exceptional customer service! I was interested in the try before you buy program and was having difficulty with the exact selections I was interested in. Through the help / customer service tab I was contacted by Marie. I am not the most tech savvy person so I am reasonably sure my difficulties with the order was of my own making but Marie was unbelievably patient and took my request and placed the order manually.
