Service is terrible
I've been taking my bike here for a while now, and its just about the best place you can go to get repairs done that you cant do yourself. When I first started riding bikes, Don was very helpful and gave me advice about maintaining my bike that I still use today. Good people, good service.
Horrible customer service. Walked in looked around all employees disappeared. 15 minutes later still no help I walked out not going back.
I'm currently overseas and have my bike worked on at Bikers Dream. The service rocks. I'm having a lot done to the bike and the shop has been keeping me updated, via e-mails, of the progress with pictures and reports. The parts guys have really put in the extra time to locate parts that fit my particular wants and needs. Anyone looking to have a first rate shop wrench on their bike could not go wrong choosing Bikers Dream.
