John Lively and his staff perform excellent work. They go out of their way to take care of customers. Small town, small business service at its best. If they find something wrong outside of the scope of work, they call you and let you know. They have my confidence.

Can't give six stars or I would. I am very pleased with bikers bay, they have always taken care of me and given me a fair price and great service. Scott is an exceptional mechanic and I highly recommend him, he has done a substantial amount of work on my Honda valkyrie and every time it has came out stronger and better. I don't take my bike anywhere else when I need work done on it, and I won't either.
Took my bike in a week ago to get a new front tire and a new tube put in the back, once I got there with my bike we noticed one of my spokes was broke on the back wheel and they told me it should only take 2 days to get spokes, so I say yeah let’s go ahead and do it. Here it is a week later and the parts still aren’t in and when I ask about just putting a new tube in the back so I can pick it up and still ride it now they say they will have to double charge me.
