i will NEVER go back there. only people who seemed to care was other customers. this is the second time where either me or my brother would have rode a bike home if only a salesman wanted to do their job.
RecommendedHighly recommend Motown Harley-Davidson we worked with Ryan he was awesome, very friendly and helpful. David in finance was great with understanding all the paperwork. Steve was great working with us and the bank. Ken was also super helpful with finding parts while we were there.

we traded in our 2017 street glide for a 2019 street glide everyone was good,, then we get a very nonpleasant call from Sue over something that was not our fault and was the dealrships fault. we bought our 2017 when it was Biker Bob's and never had any problems but this time was a different experience. we also never recieved a call from the genral manager to even talk to us about what was said to us from that woman. can say will not purchase another bike here again.
