Called 3 times attempting to arrange a bike rental, but no follow up. Asked to call back when less busy. Left number to return call and still no response. Emailed 3 times and still no follow up. Instead, I'd recommend you call Big Wheel Tours, got a bike rented from Evan in 10 minutes. Much better customer service!
