Incredible service from Ryan and Mike at Bikeface. My father in law, who is 96 relies on his Slane etrike to get around Collingwood. The battery stopped working and went to Bikeface to find a replacement...Bikeface said to purchase from Amazon, which we did but had different plug-ins. Took the bike and new battery in and Bikeface changed out the plug-ins in an hour. Super guys who can be trusted. Thanks to Ryan and Mike!!
Hands down best bike shop around
I wish I had started at this store when I was first looking for an e-bike. You can actually try the bikes out at this store. They have an indoor area to try the bikes. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and not pushy. They service what they sell. It is worth the difficulty of trying to figure out where the entrance is. It is located in an old factory and you have to enter the parking lot from the block behind the factory. I called to get directions to the parking lot.
