I had an exceptional experience at Bikeface! I was in a tough spot with my bike, and they took me in right away. Within 20 minutes they had everything repaired and I was back on the road heading to the cottage. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient—it was clear they truly care about their customers. Their quick service and welcoming attitude made what could have been a stressful day into a smooth and positive experience. I can’t recommend them highly enough—absolutely the best!

Incredible service from Ryan and Mike at Bikeface. My father in law, who is 96 relies on his Slane etrike to get around Collingwood. The battery stopped working and went to Bikeface to find a replacement...Bikeface said to purchase from Amazon, which we did but had different plug-ins. Took the bike and new battery in and Bikeface changed out the plug-ins in an hour. Super guys who can be trusted. Thanks to Ryan and Mike!!
