🚩DO NOT BUY ON BIKEBANDITS PAGE🚩 On October 23th, I ordered all the spare parts of a Honda quad taillight. On the 25th I received an update that mentioned one of the part was unavailable. Garbage service. They don't send any confirmation emails or updates and operate on timelines of "soon" and "not ready yet" when you call for updates. They will hang up on you as well. Might as well burn your money and trash your bike cuz this company isn't gonna help you get it fixed. Moneyandtimebandit dotcom is what they should be called.
DO NOT ORDER FROM BIKE BANDIT!!!! Seems to be a common theme. They'll take your money as soon as you order a part they show in stock. They then backorder the part and never refund your money. I am a bike shop owner and ordered a part they said was in stock that I needed for a customer's bike. After several days, I checked on the order. It showed it was on backorder so I cancelled it and ordered elsewhere. That was mid November 2021.
