I dropped my bmx bike off to these guys to get the back wheel trued. I picked it up the next day and brought it home didn't ride it and this morning I noticed I have a flat tire in the front and it was fine before and when I dropped it off and notice that when you guys put my back rim back on u did not pull the wheel bike and tighten the chain back up and I paid 35 dollars for your crappy service never again.. instead of bike zone maybe you should name it bike f*** ups
What a smile! My fourteen year old son has outgrown his full suspension Kona Stinky. My wife and I ride Pivots and Daniel has been ripping it over roots, rocks, and drops on my wife’s Mach 4. When following him, if I look down at the trail for a few seconds and look up again, he is gone. It was now time to find him a carbon frame as well. Fast service on a blown tire and tube. They had me back up in running in 20 minutes, as I was stranded a few miles from home.
Hands down the best shop on the cape! Tim and the crew got me squared away with the bike I was looking for.. it wasn't built and they had it built and tuned and ready to go in a few hours.Thank guys!!
I went in not knowing what to get for my 11 year old son, who is very quickly growing! AJ helped me ahead of time and gave me some options and ideas. After looking around I decided this would be the best place to buy a new bike for my son. I went back with him and AJ took all the time we needed to show us every option and make sure my son understood how to ride the bike and use all the new features he's never had before. I called to see if they could come install 2 tubes for my daughters bike and replace her seat.. A friendly knowledgeable young man named RJ helped us right away! The phone was ringing, people randomly showing up for bike repairs etc. He and his coworkers did a great job accommodating everyone ! When we got home my daughter immediately got on her bike for a test spin and was really happy . She said the seat was super comfortable.. Phenomenal service! 😊
