Management and staff are all fantastic. If you're a senior rider, they understand wellness (and risk management) is paramount and by following their suggestions, I've actually averted some broken bones and serious injury. Kudos to Bike Works. First tune up since purchase (see above) - Rides like a dream, decked me out with rear view mirror and once again at very reasonable price, on time. Bike Works is important to my quality of life. Thanks
