Management and staff are all fantastic. If you're a senior rider, they understand wellness (and risk management) is paramount and by following their suggestions, I've actually averted some broken bones and serious injury. Kudos to Bike Works. First tune up since purchase (see above) - Rides like a dream, decked me out with rear view mirror and once again at very reasonable price, on time. Bike Works is important to my quality of life. Thanks
Staff was no help to me. No suggestions on accessories, no help from staff. Literally sat there and watch me struggle, even though I stated I just got the bike. Not friendly at all, and I'll never go back.
I'm so grateful to Kellan and the team at Bike Works for helping me to find a bike for my work commute. He was so patient and thoughtful. I found the perfect bike to meet my needs and within my price range. I highly highly recommend visiting Bike Works!
