Great customer support. These guys went out of their way to educate us on everything we could possibly want to know about the e-bike we were interested in. There was no pressure and it was a great experience. I wish buying cars was like this.
So nice and so helpful, the best shop in Seattle for all things ebikes. They helped do a safety check on my bike after an accident,all for a very reasonable price, and their expertise gave me the confidence to trust my bike again, and they made my ride much safer going forward! Super nice staff, who were willing to do a quick diagnostic on a custom ebike for no charge. I’ve been to 3 other ebike shops and non were willing to work on a custom ebike. They were able to confirm the issue wasn’t in the display or battery and gave suggestions on next steps.
This shop deserves infinite of 5-star reviews! Just had a great experience buying an Aventon from them. From test riding to ordering, answering my questions, and providing helpful local tips - this shop did a fantastic job helping a first-time customer! Go there. Spread the word. They're awesome.
