SO HAPPY. I had the the most incredible experience purchasing an ebike today. I recently sold my car and have been looking for an ebike to replace it. Big selection of ebikes in a lovely little shop. Parking a car in that neighborhood is challenging, walk or bike there.
Bought an Aventon Soltera 2.5 e-bike here today and had a great experience. They were the only bicycle shop I found that had the model in stock with multiple sizes available, while other shops required at least a week of waiting. Henry, the owner, helped me directly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He explained the e-bike, sizing, features, and what I should expect after buying it. The process felt honest and not pushy at all. We had a very off putting experience with a rude sales associate. I came in with my in laws because she was looking for a lighter e bike. The moment she mentioned to the sales associate she’d been looking online cause they’re from out of town he directly said “oh well if you’re shopping online we don’t get sales from that so I can’t help you.” And quickly moved onto helping another couple that just stepped into the store.
