Five stars for Bike Swift! They helped me navigate the WE-Bike rebate process and found me a great e-bike that required very little out of pocket after the rebate. Their communication and customer service were excellent throughout the entire process. A special thank-you to Karie, who was incredibly helpful when I picked up my bike. I definitely recommend Bike Swift to anyone looking for a new e-bike!

Hope your luck is better than mine. My ebike conversion with Bike Swift has been a pretty big bummer. They're nice and seem knowledgeable but if you get a dud you're basically SOL. Service queue is months even for things covered by warranty. After only a few hundred miles I'm stuck with basically a very heavy very expensive regular bike. I basically have to just cross my fingers and hope they'll fix it eventually or I'll be asking for a refund and see how that goes.

Big selection of ebikes in a lovely little shop. Very knowledgeable staff who take the time to match you to the exact bike for you. There is a parking lot behind the store with reserved spots.
