Very knowledgeable, caring staff. Unbelievable quality service. If you must shop or purchase at Bikestop I highly recommend Chris. Unfortunately the owner Ross did not provide the same level of courtesy and respect his employees do. I am 57 and ride gently. I test rode the bike on their lot, and owned it less than 24 hours.
