Exceptional customer service. Brian is extraordinarily knowledgeable. He made sure I bought a bike that was perfect for my needs and skill level. The shop has a great vibe, friendly and professional.
This bike shop should be your first choice - hands down! I am here visiting for only 3 weeks. One reason for my visit was to get on my bike earlier than late May in Minnesota. I go out for my first ride and my cable breaks. So I just drop in to see if they can do a quick fix. Great service provided on my bike. Bob did a fantastic fix on my bike the day before I was scheduled to go on a four day ride in Roanoke Virginia. He had a specialized part sent over night and installed it the next morning so I was able to leave on time. The bike performed like it was brand new again on some tough aggressive riding over the four days. I can't thank Bob enough for the excellent service he provided.
