RecommendedFriendly, helpful and all about taking care of their customers. Passing through on our way up to the mountains we discovered we needed a derailleur cable replaced on one of the bikes. We found the Bike Stop online and thought we would give it a try. The shop had just opened and they weren’t really ready to perform maintenance...but that didn’t stop Adam from jumping in and helping us replace it quickly and get back on the road. RecommendedI had purchased my granddaughter a bike for Christmas. It is only a 12" bike so I didn't think it would be hard to put together. I opened the box today to assemble it and was completely lost. I called the Bike Stop at 2:00 p.m. the day before Christmas Eve and asked if it would be possible to have them put it together. Not only did they say yes, it was assembled while I waited and Brian could not have been more helpful. He also was very informative on how the parts of the bike worked.
