This place is a hidden gem. Elijah (and the others we encountered) were helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. This is a place I will keep going back to -- for sales, trade-ins, donations, and service -- now that I know about it. Happy to see my kid's old bike going to Africa for use instead of the junk yard. Happy to know that my kid's new bike is fine-tuned and safe to ride. Happy to know that my bike rack was installed correctly, by the pros. So happy to have this gem in our neighborhood!
Fantastic bike shop! Extremely knowledgable, professional, and personable! Specifically worked with Elijah and Brell - both wonderfully helpful and enthusiastic! No pressure, no "up selling" at all - they understood what we needed and had the knowledge - of bikes and of their inventory - to quickly find an appropriate solution... such a refreshing experience! Highly recommend them to everyone!!

Bike Right's staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about bicycling and bicycle maintenance. They are also incredibly affordable compared to other options in the Madison area. I highly recommend Bike Right for anything from a cheap dependable bike to the most advanced touring gear.
