The owner is untrustworthy and has stolen $850 from me! I hate to do this, but I have to post a review not because of the shop itself or staff, but because of the owner. The guy who fixed my bike was very helpful and knew what he was doing. I'm not sure why there are so many 1 stars, I had several experiences of good service at this bike shop.

Got flat front tire tube in the morning. Not only replaced my tire but also gave me extra service on my brakes. Strongly suggest you to do your research before coming. I know there's plenty of salty comments due to the inconsiderate price tags for us broke ass students. But do your homework first and then, BARGAIN. Overall nice service.

Unsure why people are hating on the place. The guys that work there are great and helped me fix up my bike. They know their stuff. I believe public opinion is much higher than shown via Google. They get hundreds of UCI students. But i'd bet you that the dissatisfied 3% of students are the only ones posting reviews. So over time, of course it's going to look like a lot of people dislike the place. Ignore the reviews, they can get the job done.
