I have had some good experiences with this place in the past, but unfortunately I don't think I will be going back. One of the employees has bad anger management problems. He was cussing a lot while working on the bike, and when I asked if I could leave for some time (because I was bothered by the cussing), he got said I couldn't leave, but could sit down. Tim Zimmerman and team are absolute legends. I was in town visiting my friend in the hospital. I just wanted to rent, but Tim allowed me to buy a bike and then return it for a discount. He coordinated me passing it back to the shop and has since stayed in touch to make sure I get my refund. People like Tim should be praised and awarded for just being good humans and nice dudes. Support this guy if you have the chance are in the area.
