Outstanding shop with knowledgeable staff. They have kept my bikes from the 80s to my new E bike in great working order. Always glad to support our locally owned shop.
Stopped in and just needed small part for bike. Gentleman knew exactly what I needed and had it. Was super courteous to me and my wife, will be doing all our business here.
They felt incompetent to install an e-bike conversion kit on a Specialized Hard Rock bike due to liability concerns. I would think they would have insurance protection for that! Paranoia strikes deep!
I had an issue with my rear break and they were able to get me in same day and I had my bike back and working properly within 3 days. Andy was very helpful at explaining the repair process and the price was reasonable. I'll be coming back for sure!
