My husband and I just purchased bikes from the Bike Peddler. If you appreciate good customer service, this is the place to go. I was hesitant about getting another bike because I have trouble getting on an off. I was taught what I needed to do and was made comfortable with riding again. You could not ask for a better place to purchase a bike. HIGHLEY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a fantastic bike shop. They were really helpful, took time to talk to us about different models of bikes. I brought in my older cruiser bike and they repaired it within 30 minutes. This is the best bike shop I've been to in over a decade. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and a great vibe. I watched the owner coach a young boy (maybe 8 years old?) on how to ride his new bike. He took probably 30 minutes to go over it and help him in the parking lot. That's the best customer service I've seen in ages.
On a multi-state bike trip, broke a spoke and needed help. Robert at the Bike Peddler got me in, fixed my bike with a quickness, and I was rolling again in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable, much appreciated! Robert and staff, if you ever make it to Salina, Kansas, look me up and I will grill you a killer steak! Thanks for saving my trip!
I can’t possibly say enough good things about this shop. I bought my Salsa Sora gravel bike here a few weeks ago, and am absolutely loving it. They were so helpful, and helped me get a good fit on my bike. I am grateful to finally have a bike that truly fits, after many attempts of finding one! They also tuned up my bike after the cables stretched (normal with a new bike), and had it done in minutes for me. So helpful, friendly, and their inventory is excellent. Give them a visit! They’ll take care of you.
These guys were so great to work with and answered my (many) questions while being so friendly and cool. Thank you guys for getting me set up for bike commuting success! I really appreciate the help and would recommend this shop for all biking needs.
