I went in awhile back to check out the entry-level Felt road bike selection. They told me I would be emailed when they had my size in stock. I received an email and immediately went back to test a couple road bikes. After I got back from the first test ride, my hands were numb from the February weather. I've been in here a 3 or 4 times in the last week and every time the service has been great. I've talked to 4 or so different employees and all of them have been very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm new to biking so I had a lot of questions and there was no problem getting them answered. I went in for some adjustments and the mechanics are awesome as well. I'd recommend you shop here before you try anywhere else in town, you won't be disappointed.
