I bought a starter button for a KTM. The part arrived with a broken pin.I contacted the seller and sent pics.They wanted me to pay and return the part which would of been costly. I suggested to refund half of what the part cost me and I'll have it fixed.They have not given me an answer.The part cost me $25.+$10 delivery. It would have been easier to buy new. $60. Won't deal with them again
I found the right forks at the right price and emailed with a question on condition. Email response was prompt. But then after I purchased the item I emailed again with a question on dimensions (before it was packed and shipped) - I was under time pressure to order another custom part that would fit the forks - so, I thought it would be easier if I just called to ask for dimensions - saves an email response. Order a part from them, turned out to be wrong which was completely my fault. They accepted and refunded my money no problems, thanks guys
