brought in a bike from out of town, after pick up, disappointed that they didnt do any extra, like check to see if i needed anything, did not add air to low tires, little things as to get me to go back. Broken spoke was closed, I would have gone there, better attention to detail. haven't even checked if they fixed the reason I went in, See, details matter too.
Went in with my wife last month and I walked out with two bikes! I am a total newbie but Bill set us up and walked us through all the ins and outs to get us started. These guys rock!
Been working in Santa Fe in summers for 10 years and never had a chance to visit this shop - and today I'm so glad I did, they had exactly what I was looking for - only even better - and worked with me to make it something I can pay for and take home with me. What an awesome bike, friendly and helpful staff, excellent experience all around.

We rented bikes for a week and had a fantastic time. Unfortunately, we failed to get the name of the person helping us but he was great -- lots of good tips, recommendations and made sure the bikes were right for us. Would definitely send our friends to NM Bike N Sport! Thanks so much.
