The staff are really top notch. I've purchased 3 bikes from them over the last 15 years. Let me repeat, 15 YEARS! Lots of LBS's come and go, as well as bike techs, but the overall consistency is hard to beat. Remember that you get what you pay for and this is a local bike shop, with local owners, that you want to support.

Brought my electric bike in with a flat the other day. Guy took my bike in right away, without hesitation. Fixed the tire within minutes. Thanks again. Lol, then had another flat today. (Two days later) but I guess they were a tad bit busier. Either way, great service. :)
