Had a great experience. Order was there right when I arrived, no hassle and easy.
What a great experience! First time ever in a bike mart or any type of bike store! I called before heading that way and they were so kind, cool, and helpful! Brought two kid bikes in and Alver was super great guy that fixed one bike right on the spot and he’ll have the other one ready soon! Helped me get the bikes out go the car and back in the trunk! Just super friendly and helpful! Great experience!
Someone from the McKinney store needs to come give these guys some training in customer service and customer interaction. Shop was empty, tech reluctantly looks over at me and says "we will be with you shortly". Waited as the two dudes at the main desk just sat there, other techs just hanging out in the back. Waited. No one ever assisted me. Drove over to McKinney and was met with smiling, friendly faces. They also had about 8 customers in the store. Got me squared away in 5 minutes. Will never be back to Frisco location.
Rude on phone. Wouldnt give me straight answer.
