This shop is ok and all if it is just to buy the bikes and or parts that are very good. But everything else from bike Services I would not Recommend I had made an Services Appointment once there and it was the worst experience for me. they have poor Communication skills they do not update you on the bike is doing or when well it be all done. Then lied to my face making up all types of excuses on why my bike is not ready waited 2 weeks and they did not even teach my bike till I get there asking for it. Telling me lies about h... read more

The shop is now called Trek Bicycle Philadelphia Manayunk. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Took my bike in for level 2 service package based on recommendation from tech. My bike has never performed better! Thank you! My sister came for visit a couple weeks ago and we rented a reasonably priced bike as well. This shop is highly recommended!
