Recommendedfriendly staff for sure. I appreciate good customer service. we try to support local businesses and since we've become ebike owners, we wanted to check this place out. go see ken. there are some crazy high end gadgets for sure, with price tags to match. not a good location for us, as we live in cypress, but we gave it a look. depending on what you are looking for, could be the place to go. if you're in the market for a reasonably priced, and more importantly, available, ebike, then here you go
I love these guys. I had a project bike and since I am a complete ametuer at bike work I had a zillion questions. instead of trying to get me to bring my bike in they helped me everytime I had a question. Really awesome squad of dudes. They get it. thanks fellas.

I've never been more frustrated by a bike shop. Everytime I have gone to your store, I've not only failed to find what I'm looking for (whether it's tires with a popular width for a 27.5 frame, handlebars for mountain bikes, or smaller miscellaneous accessories) but almost always am told I should just buy another bike rather than try to repair the quality bikes I own. Staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable, the store has a great selection and the staff always takes the time to listen to customer’s needs. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price was good. When I picked up my bike they told me to bring it back for any issues, my bike is not the most expensive but they took the time to tune it and I have zero issues. I am a very satisfied client, I went back to buy a helmet and a couple miscellaneous items. Thank you Bike Lane!
