The people I talked to, both on the phone and in person were courteous, friendly and expert. The person I spoke to over the phone knew immediatley what size bike I needed based on my height and checked the manufacurer's site for availability. I decided to visit the shop since I had some questions about the bike. I ordered the bike on Tuesday, it was ready on Friday and I picked it up on Saturday.
