Was in the shop yesterday. I was able to catch up with Roland and Al. It was great catching up and talking shop. This bike shop still and will always have the feel of what a bicycle shop should be! From a lifelong cyclist and cycle shop owner this is where you want your bike serviced and to purchase your bike retail needs. There is more experience at this shop than anywhere in the area. These guys are A+, top notch, and I would HIGHLY recommend. Just a team of bike experts, customer advocates and approachable in shop experience. Andres, Mike, and Donny will treat you right and I promise you’ll be happy. These guys have helped me from basic repairs, maintenance, and new bike assembly. These guys have done nothing but exceptional work on my bikes the last few years; helping me get ready for casual rides or Ironman races. Very weird experience here. I’ve worked in a bike shop for 4 years just for context. Brought in two wheels, one with cassette, disc rotor, Cush core, and the other new. I was looking to get everything moved over to the new wheel. First red flag was offering to put a tube into a tire that has Cush core, next came the incompatibility of the hub. While i wasn’t sure which bike had which parts, I wasn’t thinking it would be a big deal as worst case I’d have to put a new hub on there or get a new derailure. Totally fine with the ... read more
