Very helpful & knowledgeable
I bought my first road bike from Roland. Incredibly nice and patient given I knew nothing about bikes and their components. Would highly recommend! Bike works great.
They go above and beyond to take care of you and your bike. Brought in my gravel bike for a new chain, fully expecting to drop it off and come back another day, and they went ahead and fixed me up in under 15 minutes. Will be returning for tune ups in the near future!
I chose to ride by The Bike Gallery and see if they would be willing to do a once over of my bike and make sure everything was safe—breaks, tire pressure, all the basics. Donny and Andre were both extremely kind and helpful; they not only helped me make sure my bike was safe to ride but also gave me tips and things to look out for moving forward.
