A breath of fresh CLASS I found this listing after trying Gresham Bike, the service there was horrible, and will never patron that shop again, just walking into the Bike Gallery on SE Division I had 3 guys very eager to help me, and Daryl even grabbed the part I needed while he was on the phone. The shop was clean and orderly and when I found that my job was a bit too advanced for my skill level, they propped my bike up on the stand and told me to come get it tomorrow. Bike Gallery was unfriendly. Not exactly friendly or helpful. Maybe it was because I told them I was not local, but my salesperson was aloof and uninformative. E.g.: "where was that electric bike manufactured?". Answer: " I don't know." Do you have these SPD shoes in size 11." Answer: "No." (Not telling me that the sizes are all European and that 45-46 was in stock.

Great service The people who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought my sons bike here and he loves it. My daughter will be getting her bike from here soon.

Excellent Service I went into the Bike Gallery on Division when it was very busy--seemed that everyone had the same idea as myself that day! First off I was impressed by the friendly, helpful and attentive staff working that day. Not only that, there were LOTS of staff present to deal with the masses of people. I walked in thinking I would have to wait a very long time, but in fact, was able to get in and out quickly.
