I’m just getting started with biking, and Atharva at Bike Depot was incredibly helpful. He was very knowledgeable, gave me great advice, and helped me choose the perfect bike to start with. The store has a wide variety of bikes, from beginner to advanced, so there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend visiting Bike Depot if you’re looking for your perfect bike!
Tried to fix my tire myself, and ended up puncturing the new tube without knowing it. The tall South Asian guy there was amazing from start to finish. I walked out with new tube installed for 14 bucks. Everytime I go here I leave fully satisfied. Definitely going to skip the DIY next time and just return to BD.
We bought a Specialized e-bike and enjoyed excellent service. From ordering to picking it up and learning about my new bike, the young men were polite, patient and helpful. Highly recommended!
Went there today to have my saddle installed on my SL8 because I can’t for the life of me to figure it out. Mayank helped me out and got me going quickly. Would definitely come back for future purchases and service.
