I had an amazing experience at Bike Depot! The shop has a fantastic selection of bikes and gear, with a clean, organized setup that makes browsing a breeze. The staff were super knowledgeable and friendly, but I have to give a special shoutout to Saber—he was an absolute gem! Saber took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offering spot-on advice without any pushy sales tactics. He even helped me fine-tune my bike setup to make sure it was perfect for my rides. Highly recommend!
Unprofessional and rude behavior ever I had in this store. I asked them only ball crank bearings of kids bike, one of their employees told me 5 dollar each. I just told them why huge difference in price between your store and Amazon? He treated me the way that I'm lying and challenged me to show him the price. Once I showed the Amazon which their 4 were only for 3.4 dollar, he got embarrassed and even instead of being sorry. Says, ok go and order from Amazon.
I recommend this store not only because of the friendly and very accommodating staff but also for their excellent service in helping us customers find the most suited bike that checks out all of our boxes. Also a special mention to Eric, who ensured that all of my concerns and questions were answered while providing me an excellent selection of bikes and making sure that I come home with the perfect one!
