My experience with BIK boom trucks they were very eager to sell me a truck when I bought the truck. We had numerous issues with the truck prior to the PTO and pump going out sending metal debris into my hydraulic system. They swapped PTO‘s. I had to make them change the filter where there was obvious signs of metal debris after them ensuring I can return to work we continue to work the crane with the same problems and worsening multiple texts. Our company needed a specific load chart for a crane that we had purchased. Jeff in parts was very happy to help us and provided a quick turnaround for our request. In addition, an operating manual was also needed, to which Jeff promptly sent that over as well. Excellent customer service and will definitely be consulting them again for our future needs as a relates to our mobile cranes and other hydraulic equipment.
