I've been working with them for months now and STILL do not have a quote for a truck I wanted them to build for me. I have decided to just move on to another company since this makes me a bit uncomfortable considering any future warranty repairs. I can only assume at this point that customer service would be non-existent. Kyle has NOT been helpful at all.
