Service is excellent! They know exactly what they're doing and you're going to get what you need! Prices are very reasonable too! I bought my first ring from them. they made the ring EXACTLY the way I wanted. We ordered my fiance's wedding band, the guy measured his ring finger, I picked it up a week before my wedding and the band was signifacantly too small. Though it was engraved the error was on their part and they refuse to give us a refund. Instead of doing the ring over right, they want to "stretch it out". If you want better service at a good price, you will have better luck elsewhere.
