Came here on a layover and the employees were so incredibly helpful in picking out a last minute gift for my cousin- would highly recommend if you’re ever in the area and looking for a special piece of jewelry
Not for battery watch replacement. I came to replace the battery of my Casio watch (20 bar water resistant), and the water tightness was visibly not respected during the operation, as some water came into the watch at the next basic swimming session, potentially ruining a 400$ watch. On top of this, an expensive 25$ (+tax) is requested for this low expertise act.
I placed an order a month ago for a chain on their website, I have contacted them multiple times, but have not heard back or had any updates on this order. I had to file a dispute with my bank.
Great store, lots of choices! 5 stars service and very kind owners.
