Really nice people. They sell mainly to the trade, not hobbyists. If the other reviewer "just showed up", I am not surprised they were not there as they are often at a trade show. She should have called first and made an appointment. But no. She gives a bad review because of her own overweaning sense of entitlement. SMH. Great supplier.
They appear to be an online company. Went to the "store" and it was in an office building. Knocked, but no one answered
