Fair prices, no non-sense type of service - however I brought a couple watches to do some simple repairs so far and it wasn't exactly perfect. First Seiko I brought in I just wanted the crystal to be replaced since it was scratched up. The new crystal was fine, it was a nice flat crystal, but didn't exactly match the original that was single domed. This isn't exactly his fault, since I should have specifically asked for it, and since this was supposed to be a gift and the receiver wouldn't know anyways, I was ok with it. Tho... read more
