Raz at Bijouterie Santorini is a real gentleman. I had a Rolex to verify from an online transaction and called Raz to see if he could do it. His opening hours were until 5pm that day but my appointment with the seller was at 630pm. Raz came back and opened the store just for me outside his opening hours in order for me to be able to complete the transaction. Great customer service, truly appreciated.
