Do not go there they will lose your jewelry if you get them serviced and probably will resell them then act like you never brought it to them even with a proof of receipt . Please share and write a bad review they deserve to go bankrupt they scam people it’s horrible
I bring my bracelet to get it fixed!!!! 1 month later they say i never brought the bracelet!!! They lost it cant find it and put the fault on me !!!! When i bought all my jewelry there and my cousins !!! They ended up calling me saying they found it but were trying putting the fault on me again with stupid excuses!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN FIXED (1month)
I had jewelry sent to be cleaned and repaired and also purchased jewelry pieces. I have known Oussama for many years, I trust her and she is also charming and knowledgeable. I will return for more purchases with no hesitation. :-)
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If i could leave 0 stars i would. I went in to buy a new engagement ring. I specifically told them that I needed it the weekend before the Christmas holidays. They agreed that it could be done. I bought a 1.70 carat center stone and changed the ring from yellow gold to white gold.
