Mauvais service. Nous avons commandé une bague de mariage sur mesure. Ils nous ont fourni une bague de 6mm au lieu de 4 mm. Aucune excuse aucune tentative de solution . Si je pouvais donner zero étoile je l aurai fait.
Aucun professionnalisme, ils ne pèsent pas vos bijoux, vous mentent sur les prix, et m'ont potentiellement volé un diamant. Aussi, ils ont changé la pile de ma montre et le cover est tombé quand je suis arrivé chez moi, j'ai dû la fermer moi-même avec un étau. La taille de la bague n'était pas bonne après l'avoir fait ajusté. J'ai dû recommencer le processus chez un autre bijoutier puisque la confiance était inexistante. Il y a d'autres bijoutiers au carrefour, allez ailleurs.
