Je retourne à la bijouterie on me dit un défaut d'usinage on doit retourner, il se brisait juste à y toucher par la vendeuse. Je le retourne et à chaque semaine je téléphone et on me dit pas arriver ou arrivé mais on doit le retourner, pas réparé, mauvaise communication. Je demande remboursement ou échange rendu en octobre, ils n'ont jamais voulu, aucun dédommagement, j'ai même dû débourse... read more
