I am so happy with the whole experience! What I loved was that I visited a day before too saying I am just looking around with no intention to buy. The staff was just as helpful as on the next day of the purchase itself. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They were not only professional throughout but also welcoming and friendly too. Extremely bad customer service and communication. I wish I could give them 0 star rating. They don’t seem to care for buyers that are not based locally in Quebec. I live in the West Coast side of Canada, so unfortunately, I cannot see their collection in-person. I had requested for photos of a Seiko 5 Watch. J’y suis allé pour faire ajuster une montre que j’avais déjà en ma possession et j’ai été servi par Liane et Elma.
