Extremely bad customer service and communication. I wish I could give them 0 star rating. They don’t seem to care for buyers that are not based locally in Quebec. I live in the West Coast side of Canada, so unfortunately, I cannot see their collection in-person. I had requested for photos of a Seiko 5 Watch. Excellent service and very friendly people! I came in for a watch repair and was out in 5 minutes and free of charge.
Ara and his team go out of their way to always to give 10 star service. Honest and transparent. They service DuPont and Rolex amongst others.
This is my second purchase from Serkos, excellent service as usual. The owner and team are extremely knowledgeable of watches and a pleasure to do business with. Looking forward to buying my Grand Seiko from them soon. Highly recommended!!
