J'ai acquis deux bracelets en or 10 carats en octobre 2024. Nous sommes en janvier 2025 et les deux bracelets sont malheureusement cassés. Je me suis récemment rendu au magasin, et il m'a été expliqué que la rupture d'un bracelet en or 10 carats lors d'un accrochage était tout à fait normale. Apparemment, cela pourrait se reproduire, et les réparations me coûteraient 20$ par bracelet. Cette situation m'a été comparée à un accident de voiture...très ordinaire.
