I did not have a good experience. The receptionist was not forthcoming about wait times. The technician was rushed and not kind throughout. It did not feel like the typical nail salon experience. The finish was sloppy for a simple gel manicure, and the staff and receptionist were not helpful to fix the issue. I will not be returning and I would not recommend going here to something considering trying them for the first time.
I will NEVER step foot in this place again! After being a loyal customer for 7 YEARS, I walked out today extremely disappointed. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Dennis and his staff are incredibly RUDE, have a major attitude problem, and barely acknowledge, listen nor care to satisfy their customers. Excuse me, who needs our Business? I asked how much for nails and they said $65. After u made my nails for such bad quality I paid $97. I tried to find out why it was so expensive, but they couldn't explain it.
Love it here, great Mani & Pedis. Tina does such great pedicures but the whole staff is great. If you want modern colors they have anything you can think of -colors you've never seen before! They have great customer service always giving clients water and treating everyone with respect.
Unfortunately their demeanor is well defined by their ability to treat people differently. They catered only to their “high end customers “ (keep in mind this is Glendale) . If you are colored meaning Hispanic or Latino forget it ! Spend your cash elsewhere. They literally ask you if you are from the neighborhood and treat you accordingly.
