I live close by so I've been in a couple of times. It's always empty so not having to wait is a plus. However, the prices are too high and they are not honest about what they charge based on the brochure prices. One day as I was waiting for my nail color to dry and I happened to take a look at the service's listings, they don't match what I was charged. Also, the acrylic nail polish she uses is very old. I've been going here since they became part of Elany Image. Evan and the staff make you feel welcome, pampered and cared for. My nails (both fingers and toes) look beautiful and are nice and soft from the lotions etc. A facial from Tran (Tracey) is relaxing and soothing. My face glowed for days afterward. Go here if you get the chance.
I was in Bijou Nails , in Springfield Virginia , today Phe did my pedicure and manicure, she did a great job!! Very friendly and gentle. The new management has made may improvements.
