I just walked in at 8:04 and they still have the sign STILL OPEN, but they denied me service even though it says till 9:00 pm.
Young lady at the front does not have good customer service. The nail techs are amazing though.
The absolute best in the area and the quality and price is unmatched. Lorena did my nails today and took great care of me. As a mom who always has her children no one made me feel bad about bringing my baby to my appointment I love it here!!!
I came here for a wax and pedi last Friday… pedi was fine but the waxer severely burned my face. Contacted John which I assume is the manager. He basically told me he was traveling, and he would refund on Monday. Monday came- no refund. Tuesday came, and basically John thinks $12 is not important and that I don’t deserve a full refund for all services. Disputing with my bank now. But ladies, please pass this salon up for something better Why do they keep removing my review?
Poorest customer service I have come across in a long time.My first time a year ago it was the same. I thought I would try again. No greeting no smile. They don’t look like they even want to be there. If you’re that miserable find a different job!!!! Julia drilled my nail bed off removing my acrylic. She cut my nails down without even asking.
