Fabulous and extremely clean Salon. The people who work here are very nice and personable.
Paid for a manicure but essentially got a polish change. No work done on my cuticles. Left some of my old polish on one of my fingers. Instruments did not appear to come in a sterilized pack, so I asked if they had been cleaned and did not get an answer. Will not be returning.
Received a manicure on my natural nails. When I removed the polish after two weeks, I noticed deep grooves and staining that would not come off. Apparently the nail tech treated my nails like artificial nails with their automatic tools. I returned to the salon to show them the damage and the older man (manager? owner?) acted like I was inconveniencing him by coming in. He was not apologetic and when I asked for a refund, he told me that I paid with a card and those cost money. What?! I did get my money back but had to argue.... read more
Such a relaxing experience!! The staff is polite, professional, and pays close attention to detail. Quinn was an amazing nail artist and was so kind, she made my first experience here so memorable! Will be back!
Very great experience in shop, however my gel x nails broke after two days, as well as the nails themselves are very uneven. My pedicure is great, but overall I am very disappointed! :(
