I do not believe there are enough positive words I can say about Bijou. We wanted to give my Mom a different kind of Mother's Day gift this year so I booked her a manicure and their Ultimate Spa Pedicure with Jade. Scheduling the appointment went perfectly and they even called me to confirm my services for my Mom. So polite and kind! Today, (Saturday.) Update after speaking with owner. ⚠️PS, it’s been a few days since writing to owner & they haven’t responded⚠️ The owner offered to have nails redone but I declined due to not wanting to encounter the staff again. Instead, I requested a refund and I even requested for a partial refund since original work was done. She offered to give $5 back.. This is the first time I’ve encountered a business that not only cannot take accountability & work with the customer but also refused to give a refund for something that truly was inco... read more
