Amazing experience at Bijou! The results exceeded my expectations, and Trina made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facility was spotless, modern, and very welcoming. You can really tell they care about both their clients. The staff is so welcoming and Trina does phenomenal work. I lost over 6 inches on my waist with the cavilipo service. I’ll be back. Highly recommend!
I visited this spa today to get eyebrow lamination, waxing, and tinting. During my visit, I noted the professionalism, cleanliness, decorum and the overall organization of the establishment. Hands down, my very best spa experience in the entire Chicago and Chicagoland area! Trina, the owner, is absolutely amazing and heaven-sent. She is a compassionate and knowledgeable nurse who is helping heal and uplift people. The establishment is clean, beautiful, and functional. The atmosphere is calming and soothing. The infrared sauna works wonders! I can't wait to come back and try even more of her services. I highly recommend this spa!

I absolutely love this place!!! When I first called to schedule a consultation her receptionist was so nice and very knowledgeable.
