I've been going here for 12 years, the staff has always been very friendly and warm, everything is always clean, and my pets are treated very lovingly from the staff to the vets. My most recent visit was with a pit bull we rescued a year ago, she is afraid of strangers, the vet came in and sat on the floor across the room very non threatening to help my dog through our visit, they understand what each dog needs not only with medicine, but with love. I have been bringing my pets to Bijou for about five years. Every vet and vet tech has been friendly, supportive, and compassionate. Today I had to have my 12 year old dog euthanized and they made the experience as positive as possible....gave me time with her before, during and after the procedure, reassured me that I was doing the best for her (Even though she ate doggie treats while being administered the sedative).
