As a vendor, I've had the pleasure or working with Simmi from Biji a few times over the last few years including this last weekend. It's no joke to execute what was probably a half a million dollar wedding, but Biji executed in a way that left the guests walking in with a jaw dropped to the floor out of excitement. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, organization, and execution we received during the most important week of our lives. Feedback below. Itineraries & Communication - Itineraries were promised 20–14 days before but were delivered only 1–2 days prior. - Vendors were not contacted 30 days in advance as stated in the proposal. - Updates and confirmations were consistently delayed, leaving critical details unresolved.
