I did not hire them but encountered them at an Indian Wedding that I attended today. Totally unprofessional. They were screaming at guests in the middle of an Anand Karaj and disrupting the ceremony and totally unprofessional. I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Biji Events for my Indian wedding and I honestly could not have been happier! I met with a few coordinators prior and the minute that I spoke to Simmi, I just knew I wanted to go with them. We had a disappointing experience with Bigi Events for our Indian wedding. The costs were unreasonable and kept escalating without clear justification. Their demands were excessive, and communication was poor, leading to a lot of stress and confusion. Sonia coordinator is uncouth, inconsiderate & discourteous towards guests. 4 different people from bride & groom complained for her behaviour. Stay away…. They hire outside contractors. They dont work according to agreement. Owner simi is super rude towards everyone… bossing around entire wedding event…
Pathetic team with low esteem. Hidden charges after events. No respect for guests, elders. No patience… stay away
