I didn't want to embarrassed Jessi but she didn't look like she knew how to cut hair. My hair still looks the same way when I came in. I explained to her how I wanted it cut a short pixie. With feathering on top and back. I don't have that in my hair. My hair still looks thsame when I went in. I believe I should get a refund or have a professional redo my haircut. I will not be doing business there if this isn't fixed with a refund or a professional who knows how to cut hair.

Melanie was absolutely great! She listened to my hair concerns and helped me choose the best cut/color that would be most beneficial. I walked out feeling refreshed and confident in my hair.
