I cannot recommend this business highly enough. After another company failed to revive my pool, BigWave Pools stepped in and brought it back to life. Since then, they have consistently maintained it beautifully. Their response to every issue, including emergencies, has been prompt and efficient. Communication with them has been exceptionally easy. After searching around the Valley for a while, I am thrilled to have found BigWave Pools.
We have been so happy with big wave pools. They have kept on top of our pool which can be a challenge. Love that they send an emailed report weekly of chemical levels and include a picture so you know the technician was there. Best customer service!
Big Wave Pools is nothing short of amazing. Melanie is very knowledgeable and very helpful. After another company had over salted my pool and caused a partial refill and lacked accountability for their error, Melanie went over all the details of what service would be with her company. I highly recommend Big Wave Pools! They have been fantastic with our pool and spa service. They are attentive when we need something fixed or replaced, they always answer when I have a question, and have been very reliable!
